The fireworks have long dimmed from the sky and everyone is finally settling into the business of the new year- which usually means busily trying to predict the trends and hot button issues of the months ahead.
Eric Dewey over at Lawyer Up! has a great review of BTI Consulting Group’s Premium Practices Forecast for 2020, along with some great infographics. USA News jumped on the bandwagon with their ideas about law schools will do in the coming year, and in the environmental law field Earth Fix has a wonderful interview with Pat Parenteau, a Vermont Law School professor, about issues that he thinks will beimportant in 2020.
Of course, if you’re a business the new year can be a great chance to redesign your workplace’s policies and protect yourself from future legal issues. Kristin Simpsen has a nice little summary over at The Journal Record on how to do just that.
