Earle I Mack School of Law

In the current legal market it’s encouraging when a law school works to actively find jobs for their graduates.

Such is the case with the Earle I Mack School of Law at Drexel University.  Their alumni association has just launched a new program where law school alumni will mentor recent graduates as they prepare for their bar exam and help them find their place after law school.

The best part is that this isn’t even an idea that will take place at some distant point in the future, rather the Earle I Mack School of Law is already matching students with alumni mentors who have taken bar exams in the same states or are in similar areas of legal practice.  So far one third of the class of 2012 has already been matched.

Jackie Lowthert, 2009 graduate and co-chair of the association’s Membership, Social and Networking Committee also says that there are a series of events before and after the July bar exam in order to offer support and encouragement to recent graduates.
