In the result of a legal battle that has stretched through the last decade Neil Gaiman and Todd McFarlane have finally settled the issue of Spawn. Gaiman had created several characters while he was collaborating with McFarlane on the Spawn comic book series.
The result? It looks as if Gaiman will be declared a 50 percent owner of Spawn issues 9 and 26, as well as the spin-off series that features the characters.
